Originally, we installed new replacement windows for this customer. They were so pleased, ecstatic actually, about the work we did, that they called us for their next project…a new deck and screened porch.
Like many homes in Roanoke, this one had typical concrete slab back steps with an aluminum awning covering it. But what the owners really wanted was a screened porch to relax, have meals, and just enjoy the outdoors.
We worked closely with them to choose PVC deck boards with custom coloring, railings, and a new sliding door. With only a standard door opening, we had to widen it considerably to accommodate the new slider.
The whole project turned out beautifully and we made this customer ecstatic AGAIN. That’s the Hometown way 🙂
